Wishing to reinforce positive trends and give further impetus to the further development of the household appliances market,
we have decided to create a set of ethical and business principles that will promote ever higher standards in the household appliance trade.

The purpose of this Code is also to create standards for manufacturers and distributors, that will increase the trust and safety of purchases by consumers.
They will apply to both the sales process, promotion and the package of services accompanying them.
