Home Appliance Service Providers Congress is a nationwide event attended annually by owners of the best home appliance service centers across Poland and representatives of home appliance manufacturers. The purpose of the meetings is to present the latest knowledge on key topics in the activities of service centers: consumer rights, customer service, service standards, vocational training and cooperation with trade schools, waste management and circular economy.

The organizer is the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers, APPLiA Polska, and the co-organizers are home appliance manufacturers. The event annually attracts about 150 people from all over Poland.
